By browsing our catalog and initiating orders via our WhatsApp concierge, you agree to the following basic terms and conditions:

1. Order Confirmation: All orders placed on our website remain in Pending (WhatsApp) status until our team confirms item availability, delivery address, and payment method via WhatsApp.
2. Pricing: Displayed prices and taxes are accurate at the time of publication. Currency is billed in USD unless otherwise confirmed with your agent.
3. Delivery & Logistics: Standard delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on customer location. Expedited shipping can be arranged directly in the WhatsApp chat.
4. Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they are in brand new, unworn condition with original tags intact.
